We do things differently. Unlike traditional screenwriting workshops taught by former writers, script consultants or teachers, our program is led by an active Hollywood literary manager who’s working in the industry in real-time. With up-to-date insights into what writing styles sell, what producers are looking for, and how the industry landscape is evolving, we bring you the knowledge you need to succeed in today’s competitive market.
Unlike other services that simply provide script notes, our approach is uniquely interactive. We focus on collaborative discussions around the five essential pillars of a great screenplay: Concept, Character, World, Story, and Point of View. This ensures your script is built on a foundation designed to captivate and succeed.

What You’ll Learn

Practice Doesn’t Make Perfect -Practice Makes Permanent
Just because you continue to write and churn out scripts, doesn't mean you're going to improve as a writer. Especially if you're using the wrong techniques and continue making the same mistakes.

Passes are Solely Subjective
Screenwriting is a subjective medium, but there are elements to a script that, if done correctly, will make it objectively good and vice versa, if done incorrectly will make it objectively bad.

Writing is Pre-Writing
The most important work happens before the actual act of writing begins. Like a chef who needs to properly prep his ingredients before he starts cooking, writers need to properly develop certain key pillars to their script before they start writing.

Meet Conrad Sun: From Filmmaker Dreams to Screenwriting Mentor
Turn Your Writing Passion Into a Professional Breakout Story
Like so many others, Conrad Sun dreamed of becoming a filmmaker when he moved to LA in 2009. Accepted into the prestigious Peter Stark Producing Program at USC Film School, he immersed himself in the industry, learning the ins and outs of storytelling and production. But it was during this journey that Conrad discovered his true passion: collaborating with screenwriters.
After spending two years as a development executive at a production company, Conrad transitioned into literary management in 2014 – a role that allowed him to fully dedicate himself to empowering writers. As the co-founder of his own literary management company, Conrad has spent nearly a decade helping writers succeed in staffing and development, whether selling a screenplay, landing a staffing gig, or sharpening their craft.
